As the Accounting & Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial future of the company, working closely with the finance team, senior management, and external auditors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the accounting and tax functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with all tax laws.
• Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing with the Indonesian tax authorities.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions and maintaining financial records.
• Collaborate with external auditors to prepare for annual audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Train and mentor junior staff to develop their accounting and tax skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax functions, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
• Certification in tax compliance or a related field is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
