📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate SOZO Skin products.
• Drive sales targets by promoting and selling SOZO Skin products effectively.
• Provide expert advice on skincare routines and product usage to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty.
• Assist in store operations, including stock management and customer service.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and product knowledge in the beauty industry.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Represent the SOZO Skin brand professionally and enthusiastically.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in beauty consulting, retail, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships.
• Excellent product knowledge of SOZO Skin and other beauty products.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.
• Proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree in Beauty Science, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Certification in beauty consulting or related field is a plus.
