New Hub Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Deputy Line Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to the restaurant's standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering excellent service to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to the restaurant's standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to the correct temperature and quality standards.,Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Assist in restocking kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.,Adhere to all company policies and procedures.,Perform other related duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent.
