📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct large-scale recruitment drives for Live Host positions using various channels including job portals, social media, and direct outreach.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet our immediate hiring needs.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for Live Host roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Utilize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools to streamline recruitment processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Provide support to the HR team in other areas as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the digital media or entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of successfully conducting mass-hiring initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
