In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. You'll work closely with our IT team to implement and maintain security measures, and you'll be the first point of contact for any IT-related issues or incidents.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect our IT infrastructure.
• Provide first-line support for IT-related issues and incidents.
• Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and improvements.
• Document all IT infrastructure changes and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of IT systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure roles.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with network devices from Cisco, Juniper, or similar vendors.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and tools, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM.
• Proficient in using IT service management tools, such as ServiceNow or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
