📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.,Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Document system configurations and procedures.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.,Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in a system administration or IT support role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).,Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
