📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, routing, and maintenance.,Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and other key metrics to optimize fleet efficiency.,Manage and maintain relationships with third-party service providers for repairs and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide leadership and support to junior coordinators and drivers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and present regular reports on fleet performance and operational metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing a team of drivers and coordinators.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
