📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow,Maintain high standards of food quality and safety,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff,Manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards,Handle customer complaints and feedback,Participate in menu planning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Experience with kitchen equipment and tools,Familiarity with local cuisine and ingredients,Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus
