📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily security operations and ensure compliance with all security protocols and regulations.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Develop and implement security strategies to protect the facility and its occupants.,Train and supervise security personnel to ensure they are well-prepared to handle any security threats.,Investigate and respond to security incidents, including breaches, thefts, and other security violations.,Maintain and update security records and reports for internal and external review.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall safety and security of the facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing security operations and personnel.,Strong knowledge of security protocols, laws, and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Valid security clearance and certification in security management.
