Resto Sari Cafe & Coffee is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Canggu, Bali. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide excellent service to our customers while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, kitchen management, and customer service.,Ensure that all staff are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service to customers.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, ensuring that we operate within our financial targets.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement new initiatives and improvements to the restaurant.,Ensure that all customer feedback is recorded and used to improve our service and products.,Manage the restaurant's inventory and ensure that we have the right stock levels to meet customer demand.,Ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with our company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,A strong understanding of restaurant operations and a proven track record of success in managing a restaurant.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage a budget and ensure that the restaurant operates within financial targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.,A good understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard.,A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
