📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Train and develop staff to maintain high performance standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet at all times.,Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail outlet.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
