📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve branch goals.,Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and customer engagement strategies.,Maintain and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement branch-specific training programs for employees.,Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Understanding of local market dynamics and customer needs.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
