📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training, coaching, and support to help them achieve their full potential.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Monitor and control costs, ensuring the restaurant operates profitably and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a consistent and high-quality supply of ingredients.,Conduct regular reviews of restaurant performance, and implement improvements as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and budgeting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.
