📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.,Develop and implement AI strategies to enhance operational efficiency and improve patient care.,Collaborate with IT, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to identify and solve complex problems using AI technologies.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and emerging technologies, and translate this knowledge into actionable strategies.,Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging creativity and experimentation.,Manage and mentor a team of AI specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.,Represent the AI & Innovation Office at industry events and conferences, promoting the organization's AI initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI and innovation management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.,Experience in healthcare or a related industry is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
