📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects.,Conduct quantity surveys and prepare reports for project cost control.,Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities.,Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.,Develop and maintain cost databases and cost control systems.,Provide technical advice and support to project teams on cost-related matters.,Monitor and report on project costs, variations, and savings opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil estimation and quantity surveying.,Proven experience in cost estimation and quantity surveying for civil engineering projects.,Familiarity with local and international standards, codes, and regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using estimation and cost control software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
