Oversee the day-to-day operations of our franchise locations in Bali, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth and expansion of our franchise network in Bali.,Manage and mentor a team of franchise managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure consistency in brand standards and operations across all franchise locations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure the smooth operation of our franchise locations.,Represent Pegacorn at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and attract new franchise partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing franchise operations.,Strong understanding of the local market and consumer trends in Bali.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with local regulations, laws, and industry standards in Bali.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
