📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
  • Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Implement and monitor warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to optimize warehouse layout and processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
  • Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and teams.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to travel for business purposes.
