📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance.,Conduct regular stock checks and audits.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
