HR Executive (Mandarin Speaking) - Manufacturing Sector

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct employee training and development programs.
• Handle payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Support compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in the resolution of employee grievances and conflicts.
• Collaborate with management to ensure a positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records using HRIS systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
