As the Human Capital & General Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. You will also oversee general affairs, including office management, facilities, and administrative support. With your expertise and leadership, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
• Manage general affairs, including office management, facilities, and administrative support.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for employees.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
• Manage office facilities, including maintenance and security.
• Handle administrative tasks such as document management and travel arrangements.
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR and general affairs strategies with the company's goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and general affairs management.
• Proven experience in managing HR functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
