📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance schedules.
• Monitor and maintain building automation systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring safety.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of building systems and reduce repair costs.
• Leverage SAP and Maximo software to manage work orders, track maintenance activities, and generate reports.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in building maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance, with a focus on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Certification in Building Maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Maximo software for maintenance management.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Indonesian.
