📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive credit investigations to assess the credibility of potential borrowers.
• Appraise the value of real estate and chattel assets to ensure accurate loan security.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for each investigation and appraisal.
• Visit client locations to gather information and assess the condition of assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in credit investigation and appraisal.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding investigations.
• Provide training and support to junior staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit investigation and appraisal, preferably in the real estate or chattel sectors.
• Proficiency in using appraisal software such as AutoCAD, Blue Book, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian property laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid certification in credit investigation and appraisal, such as the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or similar.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits.
