🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital banking or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of digital banking technologies and platforms, including Core Banking Systems, Payment Gateways, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Certification in digital banking or a related field is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of digital banking specialists.
