📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging and effective math and science lessons to SMP-SMA students.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and tools, including interactive whiteboards, educational software, and hands-on experiments, to help students understand and master key concepts.
• Assess students' progress and provide feedback to help them improve.
• Work closely with parents and teachers to ensure that students are receiving the support they need to succeed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in math and science education and incorporate new teaching methods and tools into your lessons.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to continue to grow as a tutor.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to ask questions and take risks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' progress and attendance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in math, science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a math or science tutor, preferably in SMP-SMA.
• Strong knowledge of math and science concepts and curriculum, including the latest developments in the field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and teachers.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective lessons using a variety of teaching methods and tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple students and lessons effectively.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
